The inspection is like a check up for your home.  Clients are encouraged to be present at the time of the inspection to see first hand the condition and quality of the house.  Home inspections normally take up to 4 hours.  Come prepared to look at your home in a new, exciting way.

Your inspector may recommend further evaluation of some systems in the house,  and in those cases we suggest you have a specialist perform a more technically exhaustive examination of the system in question.
